SERGEANT JASPER GOLF CLUB
Sergeant Jasper Golf Club is a storied course in the heart of the South Carolina Lowcountry that is dedicated to expanding access to the game.
Acquired by the Congaree Foundation in 2021, the Foundation is working to build a place of community and quality golf destination for residents of the Lowcountry.
Our Mission
South Carolina has long been known as a golfer’s paradise, and while there is no shortage of world-class courses in the Lowcountry, access to the game has remained a hurdle for many.
Our Story
Founded in the late 1960s, Sergeant Jasper was a beloved local course that hosted some of golf’s biggest names. Today, Congaree Foundation is working to reinvigorate the course to provide a quality golf destination for local players and aspiring young golfers.

Hit the course and learn how you can become part of Sergeant Jasper Golf Club.
Recharge The Sarge
Inspired by the mission of Sergeant Jasper, PGA TOUR stars created the #RechargeTheSarge campaign to help raise money to support access to the game for Jasper County youth. Led by Major Champion Lucas Glover, these professional golfers raised thousands of dollars to support "The Sarge" during the 2021 RBC Heritage tournament and have continued to spread the word about Sergeant Jasper.
